What is included.
A focused positioning and messaging summary.
One selected identity direction, developed into logo treatment, colour, typography and concise usage guidance.
Up to seven agreed responsive pages.
One content collection, with up to 20 supplied items.
Editing up to 3,000 words of supplied copy.
Two named, straightforward hosted or embedded integrations, such as an existing booking service and email signup.
Two consolidated revision rounds at the identity and page-design stages, allocated in the written scope before the work starts.
Launch, one training session and 30 days of correction for reproducible defects against the agreed specification.
What changes.
A prospective customer should be able to understand the offer, find relevant proof and take the agreed next step. You receive the assets, access and guidance needed to use what has been commissioned.
This is not a guarantee of traffic, sales or revenue. We agree what can be tested in the experience and distinguish that from later business results.
After launch
Included defect correction covers the agreed original work for its stated period. Optional ongoing care is a separate arrangement with named responsibilities and limits. It is not unlimited development or a guarantee of round-the-clock support.
Reference care: £300 per month for up to two hours on the defined standard site, or £600 for up to four hours on the defined platform. Hosting and tools are separate. Available only where capacity has been agreed and the relevant system is listed.
Small agreed changes can use a £750 block of up to five hours. Larger or uncertain work receives its own proposal. The estimate, schedule and treatment of unused funds are agreed before you pay.
