FOR BUSINESSES THAT ALREADY HAVE CUSTOMERS

Your business should work as well as it looks.

A business is not one impression. It is how it looks, how a customer moves through it, and what you use to run it. I take a view on all three, then build them as one thing.

One point of view, from the first decision to the agreed handover. That is why the parts fit.

For owners with an offer that works and customers who already buy, who want the brand, the website and everything around them to match the business they are actually building.

SOUND FAMILIAR

  • The quality of the work is not coming through in how the business presents itself.
  • The business has grown. The identity and the website have not caught up.
  • Customers need too much explaining before they can choose, book or buy.
  • The tools behind it make everyday work harder than it needs to be.

Any of these can be the offer, the presentation or the process. Which one it is gets established before anything is made.

BEYOND THE FIRST IMPRESSION

What happens after someone is interested?

The impression matters. So does what follows: understanding the offer, making a choice, booking or buying. Those moments are designed together here, including the tools you need to manage what happens next.

Give the business a presence of its own.

Make the customer’s next step clear.

Make the work behind it manageable.

It’s not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT COMMISSION

You do not need everything. You need the right next step.

If you are unsure what to invest in, begin with a plan. If the need is clear, the brand, website or creative work can be scoped directly. More involved systems begin with technical feasibility, so the commitment is understood before a build.

THE DEPTH BEHIND THE WORK

Strategy, expression and implementation.

Brand core, audience, positioning, voice, identity and campaign work remain part of the practice. Explore what each discipline contains and where it can help. A focused commission is possible when that is all you need.

WHAT YOU CAN BUY

Scoped, priced and dated before anything starts.

Staged payments. Each figure is the start of its own commission, not a deposit against a larger one. Customer systems begin with feasibility; the build that may follow is quoted against the release you agree. Scope is fixed in writing first, and the price follows the scope. Extra brands and new features are quoted separately, always, before work starts.

Clear commitments, written down.

What is being made. What it costs. What each person needs to provide. How the work is reviewed and handed over. Those commitments should be understandable before a project starts.

Take the Laws with you.

Uncertainty destroys value. Clarity creates trust. Trust creates opportunity. That is the first law, and the reason for the other fourteen. Seven pages, designed, with what each one costs to ignore.

Tell me what you are building.

A short conversation. Questions, not pitching. We work out what the situation actually is and what the right next step would be. Any commission is scoped, priced and dated in writing before work begins.
